Seed or pre ipo here was 10c, that was 3 years ago when they just started. 

Currently trading 30% below IPO price and 40% above seed/pre ipo.- this is a bargain, what an opportunity now, a few quarters from possibly being CFP, and they just said they had their first CFP month. Besides some games being played, i just cant see this not carrying a much higher valuation down the track.

We were presented with the companies they are dealing with and there is some good names in there, i can't see other companies not taking this product up to help solve some of their problems, plus the little book they have of future tech we don't even know about yet.

There comes a time where you need to be mindful of past 'learning experiences, which have been well illustrated here, draw a big line in the sand and start looking forward again with your risk assessment. For me its simple, will this be 12-14c in 12 months barring a catastrophe? Unlikely. Does it have the opportunity to run to previous highs and beyond, should the cash keep building and the new IR firm sink their teeth in with communication to holders, then we have PAC who at some stage will make a play here for their options. I just find it very hard to see this being at these levels medium to long term. Things can turn quickly and from my experience this is when its time to buy, when people are disgruntled about a certain area of the business that can easily be fixing, and i believe they are fixing it. Things are good til bad, and bad til good, and the million dollar question is when does that pendulum swing.

Management certainly have a few weakness but they're plugging holes to help their deficiencies, and they're also very astute in other areas as we have seen from todays update, we need to look at what people are good at. I dont mind people who cant do everything because thats what teams are for, and very quickly i see a team coming together and it wouldnt suprise me to see the team continue to grow with head hunting specialists to drive their particular area of skill.
