If they were offered cash for Redmoor (say $5-$10m) it would be hard to say no given their position. They should be considering all options here and this could be a pathway to better things

The only other option is to raise money on the back of a new project. Would have to be good though to give the share price a boost.

Tough to see how they will create value unless the market turns upward
The political situation in the UK is a nightmare at the moment, we don't know where we are going to end up. If the UK crashes out of the EU with no deal, it may bolster UK Steel production, as we will need to be more self reliant, so a domestic supply of coking coal will be a boon. Alternatively the economy will crash completely and we will lose what's left of our steel industry, in which case coking coal will be worthless here.

Why would it crash? There are more ecomonies globally that dont rely on being a part of the EU than those that do.
