Given the turn in the market selling lochinvar would have to be a long shot now. Though I do think they should sell it for whatever they can. The alternate might be a recapitalisation of the company and that would destroy the small amount of value left.
If they were offered cash for Redmoor (say $5-$10m) it would be hard to say no given their position. They should be considering all options here and this could be a pathway to better things
The only other option is to raise money on the back of a new project. Would have to be good though to give the share price a boost.
Tough to see how they will create value unless the market turns upward
