I presume the standard play would be water supply via a borefield? The PFS will most likely only provide some general information on this topic as is the norm for the PFS level of development so perhaps an email to the company may be worthwhile?
I believe a licence isn't required for monitoring wells used for analysing groundwater but as I understand it the bulk of this work would commence post-DFS so perhaps a while off yet.
