Mr Billis' 2017 salary from both listings totals $285k plus super plus $320k in benefits.
The other Board members took home 90k and 120k to go to two meetings each.
I regard this "group" as one company with a dual listing, a dual listing that protects the Board from investigation and enquiry. I don't know why people/posters worry about what ASIC should do, because ASX can suspend the listings at will until questions are answered to a reasonable degree. Such a situation may not appeal to shareholders who cannot trade, but at least we'd know more after questions were answered.
