A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

The reason this was undervalued is not the gold assets, but the cloudy nature in which the gold was hoarded/ lack of clarity around when the gold would be repatriated to holders. (Agree though now is not the best time to sell the gold- this is bad timing).

This opaque nature has been largely cleared up. The asset should still trade at a reasonable PE (albeit much reduced compared to the NST/NCMs of this world.
