This Wreck-it Ralph fellow has done just that, forcing the break-up of the company and probably costing the long term shareholders some real value as the Australian dollar gold price has a long way to rise IMO as RAB will eventually be forced to raise rates bringing the Australian housing bubble down with it and also the Australian dollar. Plus when the inflation that the US is currently importing (through Trump’s protectionist model) pops their debt-ladend economy and markets they will pay the price and the US gold price will again have ascendency.

That’s why I’m putting my dividend cheque back into gold, where it belongs.

I also caution people to do their research and try and understand the value of the post dividend stock before getting too carried away buying.

The Nostradamus’s here will bandy about all sorts of values. Better that you do your own research, particularly considering if that fowl TO panel does a real hatchet job on the company there will be stock flooding the market but the stock won’t be gold backed anymore.
