Yes indeed, Longwalker.

If only a small proportion of Spartan's brand-ambassadors' 90 million social media followers take to Sportshero (and looks like there'll be some handy prize incentives encouraging them to do so), this could really kick-start Sportshero's numbers.

Marketing to the subcontinent, names like Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni are a real coup, and its great to see the imprimatur and grunt of Michael Clarke, Chris Gayle and Ian Chappell on the job.

Given Sportshero is such a recent start-up, Spartan Sports' partnership is a tremendous vote of confidence, and it is easy to see the virtuous cycle in such a well-suited symbiotic relationship.

We've seen the roaring success of TradeHero in cracking the code for connecting investors with engagement, scale, gamification and monetisation.

Now looks like SportsHero might be well to its way to replicate ...who knows, surpass? ...that success in the sport arena.
