I think he may have put out that announcement either way in any case. He would have been getting calls from investors seeing the price down and wondering if all is on track still. It would be unfair to re-assure those investors calling him, that Europe is still going ahead soon, without announcing the same to the rest of the market. Continuous disclosure applies.
