Yes that's the point. Management no longer has trust. For example, mining was to start early Jan, it did not but they stated it would be 2 months to fix the equipment and we assumed to get back on track. 3 months later in the quarterly they stated that they are not fixing the equipment and will not do so until the problems there are solved.
If not for the quarterly I am sure we would not even know that. It's just an example how management has lost trust of the investment community by not being up front and honest.
