My 85 year old neighbour recently demolished his house & is currently building a new $2M home. Tells me the other day that when finished he plans on trading in his Mercedes for a new one that he can park via an app on his phone - from outside the car ! I was like what a great attitude. He doesn't acknowledge the concept of age limiting his ambition.
