I have been in a share that experienced a shareholder revolt, fed through social media HC and they were struck out (strike one) on remuneration and they hunted the EC out of his job. Angry shareholders these days have significant power.
Obviously pex were not keeping the shareholders fully updated, especially when focus changed and promises slipped, and I imagine they can see the electronic votes coming in and I am guessing had a big rethink, hence the videos. Good on them for that, but those timefames and sequences Rob described now need to kept or he needs to use media to explain why the company is switching tack (which happens with explorers) pro active investors is pretty good for that.
A company kept to account by shareholders is a healthier more profitable company. We are all here for business and Directors need to be reminded of that, ignore your shareholders at your peril.
Is anyone going to the AGM? Now that would be an interesting meeting, maybe some new announcements? Just one more ultra high assay and, imnsho kaboom.
