Another way of looking at it though. It's been suggested that PEX actually do not intend to ever do any mining, they just want to be get taken out by a big fish. If the intention of Peel management is to never actually do any mining, but at some stage get taken over once they have enough resources on the books, why would they themselves want to ever 'dig & truck' Silver Ray? Perhaps they expect / strongly hope to be taken over before the PFS is ever released.
