You could be right Pfuzzy. I would argue that if CBH are dragging the chain (and they clearly are) then shareholders have a right to know the details. Tyson seems to think that he has to stay quiet on the matter for fear of upsetting CBH but that is a an error of judgement on his part. His greater obligation is to keep shareholders informed. It's the law!
