I've been holding this stock for 10 years (bought in the mid-teens) and finally sold 75% of my holdings late last year. All the false hope and promises are draining so I've found it more manageable for my sanity to care less about Peel. Results are fantastic, management is poor. Same old crap....Zzzzzzzzz
