Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to mark other peoples homework lineofcobar.
There is a large supply of ground water at Southern Nights / Wagga Tank. I refer you to Peels release of October 30, 2017. Multiple reference to high water inflows resulting in the premature termination of R.C drilling. I followed this up with R.T only recently. His laughed & said water is the least of their problems if the deposit advances to the mining stage.
As for electricity, half the mining projects in this country have no mains supply & are powered by either diesel or natural gas gen sets.
