there a lot of reasons why STX has gone nowhere of late. There is real concern that oil may continue to fall further with lower global growth. Thus O&G is totally out of favour across all markets.
Having said that, whilst everything else has been smashed, STX has stood its ground so by comparison l kind of feel that it has gone ahead.
