What exactly are your cost and process assumptions for dealing with the water out there?
If this was the Darling Downs of QLD then your water concerns would surely be correct. If it required an osmosis plant to purify and transport the water I can agree it would kill the project but in the Cooper it may be a simple case of piping it to the nearest clay pan, reservoir, channel, creek etc.
What are you thinking?
Also, how much weight do you place on the fact that STX are the ones who have their hands on the project/data, and that you are only reading between the lines? What's the possibility that STX are playing the conservative game, keeping certain things up their sleeve? Not having a dig at you, I'm being serious.
