who knows the logic? All I know is STX are doing exactly as they said they would and this builds confidence!
I would also highlight one very critical and mostly unrecognised element to the Cooper project that sets it aside from all previous adventures. PEL96 is the first time STX has had 100% control of their project and everything has gone according to plan, and probably better than! So, STX are now heading towards proving that they do indeed possess the skills required to commercialise a resource - given the chance!!!
Some big up's and downs this year but it looks like we are ending on an upper - unlike the rest of the O&G business - that makes for a welcome change!
