Looks pretty good IMO. There's no way the perm in this reservoir is 25mD, for such low water rates, but that is starting to look like a blessing.
Gas rates will be low and definitely won't wow the market, but that's not the point. Any informed player knows that initial gas rates in an undersaturated coal will be nearly zero. The key is how they ramp up. The fact they are reporting gas is important though because otherwise it could be coming from a nearby sandstone that they fracced into.
I might have been convinced to buy in on that news, but I'm taking advantage of other bargains in the sector, and boy are there a lot of them at the moment. I really, really want gas rates from STX though.
