I don't believe the institutions are accumulating. One particular insto and a few individual brokers from within that firm have accumulated heaps of these shares years ago. I personally believe some people are sick and tired of the constant delays this company has experienced over the yrs. I do believe(hope) they will succeed. I also hold and have for a long, long, long time.
