I might also add that at this stage I see an investment from one of the off take partners as far more important than flow rates. That would suggest to me that they likely have much better info about the fine detail, and an investment would suggest that they see it as commercial, or commercial in time.
Far easier than wrestling over whether a flow rate is commercial or not
