You would be best to google some litigation claims against ASX companies to see its the big name firms that can afford to take this action and speak to them on the phone if you have any concerns about how it works.

Generally speaking they will need 6 holders from memory to raise a class action and they would be best to advise you if you needed a big holder to take the matter further, which you could them post on here to find one if needed.

From what people have been saying on here, there were some big holders at the time.

Certainly this stock has its problems but it is also simply undervalued with the IO price now at US$61.85 or nearly $80 AUD!

Something simply must happen one would think!
