Wouldn't matter how big holders they were @ThePiedPiper because NMDC and Sharon held such a large proportion and are not going to take litigation against the company and the material impact on any remaining shareholders would not be viable for a litigation company to seek recourse.

Unfortunately they have numbers on there side and like I pointed out above, a number of holders would have sold out by now and claimed it as a tax loss and another percentage of holders would not have been impacted by the release of material at the time.
