Doesn't the wording of this indicate that there's some dispute about IP? Not surprising if the product has been in the Govt for a long time, and I presume SA Health think that they have contributed to ongoing development of the product over a long time and therefore feel that they have some ownership of IP??
Also sounds to me like they can't easily replicate the CHIRON functionality in the replacement product (and/or cnt extricate just this functionality) but don't want to pay for two separate products.
The wording therefore suggests to me that GLH will not receive the same level of licence payments in future.
