I realize you are having a stir adjuster... yep airstrip has been delayed for ages... as has been published. None of your "landing lights" would be up yet we would imagine.
However... now the land and compensation entitlements have been agreed to on the alluvial project... WWI have been reporting that things have been happening.
It was only the parts replacement of machinery that held back the April 1st "ramp up"... then with the new co-op agreement announced end of May.... more work could happen from mid June.
Up till May 2013... agreed... this had been like watching paint dry. Now... much more interesting.
-----------
Airstrip is for longer term anyways from what I understand.... the heli support would be more than enough for now.... even though heli is said to cost more to run (according to pricing in the old CSA report).
There finally seems to be no mention of anything stopping the airstrip happening... so if it can commence soon... how long can it take once started...??? 6-8 weeks? Cant be much to it... for light plane use only.
Don't need nothing too flash for a little Cessna or the like to set down on.
-------------
My patience is a little stretched too.... but what can we expect?
If a project like this was in Australia / USA / Europe... with historical diggings rumored to be turning up clutches of gold 100kgs in weight... with nuggets at 0.5 / 1.0 kgs.... what would we have to pay to get in?
People would be crawling over each other to get a look in if they got a sniff of a prospect like this.
This is price we have to pay for such a great chance.... patience and more patience.... coming out of some of the shakiest times on the markets ever seen.
A 1% slice of West Wits is only $50,000 at these prices... not bad value at all.
Twynam Ag are holding tight to their stake.
------------------
Do you still hold WWI shares adjuster.... or did you let them out even cheaper than what Twynam paid for their stake?
What price would you consider getting back in at... if at all?
Which holders would be selling now?
What are the "new" downside risks to WWI?
What is the upside reward?
Is WWI in a better position now... or worse than in 2012?
Is the "clean and clear" closer to release, or further from it?
Have loose shares under 2 cents been soaked up?
Have GOC stopped selling?
Are the locals keen for the project to go ahead?
Are the artisinal miners happy to increase production to increase their profits... and get on with using WWI machinery to speed things up?
Are the diggers finally up and running?
Has the base camp been started?
Is funding secure for the next year or so?
Is uranium back in favour soon, and is their a chance to sell or develop remaining assets in South Africa?
-------------
Plenty of risks too... but I'll hold for the time being.
