I think it's the South Africans taking their merry time to the detriment of our sp. it's dragged on for way too long I wouldn't be surprised if a new project is in the pipeline to keep us going until anything material eventuates towards licences.
IMO good buying point from here on, just not good for the long termers who would be averaging multiples of current sp.
