Committee discussion on progress and the way forward in processing of the bill was supposed to have occurred on the 22 November but was postponed. Not listed for discussion prior to parliament rising in early December.

SA parliament does not sit again till Feb so you can't expect any action before then on a possible timetable for implementation.

Seems really good buying at these levels so could be worth a further punt however IMO I still see CEL as a big gamble - so don't back it unless you are also prepared to lose your shirt!!
