Who knows, but given TNT took shares instead of cash @ market price AND much of the remaining cash payment was changed to 'staged' payments rather than a one-off, I'd be surprised if it was TNT that had FZO over a barrel. Otherwise why not just demand cash AND immediately.
I'd also be surprised if a cap raising was required for FZO, as the expected outlays are currently less than the expected inflows and the expected outlays have just been reduced because of the aforementioned change to staged payments.
Having said that, FZO have shown themselve to be aggressive with marketing, and acquisitions, so I cant ruleout a CR.

How would you know what the expected inflows are of FZO before the quarters end? be avised to date that TNT has not conducted a single CR! FZO has already conducted 2!
