It is intended that the manufacturing will be undertaken jointly by JAT and its proposed partners.

JAT’s proposed partners have the manufacturing expertise, knowledge and capability to ensure compliance with the regulatory provisions for the products in Australia and China.

JAT expects to reach final agreement with its proposed partners on the terms of the manufacturing venture shortly.

JAT expects to be able to meet its funding obligations of the venture from its current cash resources.

- To engage with a JV partner who will look after all manufacturing requirements is great! Shortly to be announced and all funding from current cash resources (so no dilution)
- Purchase of Sydney property and begin manufacturing own products.
- The board is also seeking multi-country trading opportunities with more ranges of products. Expand trading opportunities to increase sales. Cant get much better than this.

This is building nicely! Great to get in early and get set. MC only 48 mill, SP 6.1 cents (surely this is a steal)
All I know is I'm accumulating because this has potential to be at least 5 x current market cap if it keeps expanding. Remember cash flow positive - Revenue is king!
