re: Ann: SOL: Summary of Acceptance Facility-... I sold out earlier and then regretted it as it looked like they would barely get beyond 50%.

I think that everyone does not look as closely as the HC members. I expect that a lot looked over the weekend and are in the process of filling the forms out.

I also suppose that the arbitrage guys just update their holdings and send the form.

I think by Friday it will be there.
