I do believe LT if SMX demonstrates "immutable" robust technology.

SMX should be taken over.

At this stage, its hardly proven but the big deals are coming through.

We have not seen exponential growth yet.

This has not even gone exponential but when the market is demonstrated a  viable sustainable positive cashflow LT 

SMX' tech is one of a kind. This is unique and the its potential disruption is up to the BoD

The BoD and the CEO is accountable to deliver significant NPAT in the LT
