Ann: SMX Collaboration agreement with BASF, page-36

No idea why the price jumped a lot by this news. IMO,it's only a kind of POC and no material agreement at all. Every year BASF has hundreds of this kind of POC and only very few will finally get a very small material contract. If u had 4 big company working experience , u will understand what I mean. Even its successful at the end, it may earn no more than 200k a year from BASF.
Someone mentioned Atlassian, OMG, do u know what Atlassian is doing? Atlassian product is more like windows office but an IT project version.
