This should have been done 2 years ago but nevertheless it is now moving in the right direction. I am critical of much which has transpired over the last few years but I'm also happy to give credit when it is due.  Well done TNG.  This is a significant announcement which will ultimately go along way to ensuring we do mine stuff at some point.  The capex figure will change during FEED but this ensures that there will not be blow outs once construction commences and therefore significantly derisks the project.
