I'm sure you've contacted the company before but I might suggest to all holders, forget contacting management. If you get a reply it will be the same old jargon. Check the share register and email major shareholders with your concerns. It doesn't take much research to get the right names. It may do no good, but it has a better chance of having some effect than emailing or phoning the office. You may be pleasantly surprised as to some of the replies.
