"Upon arrival at site this week, the smelter reassembly and installation program will commence and is
expected to take approximately 10 weeks for this body of work to be completed prior to
commissioning."


Second announcement:


"The smelter reassembly and installation program is now underway, and commissioning is
scheduled to commence in December 2018."


Nowhere in the first announcement does it mention that commissioning will commence in 10 weeks. It simply states that the reassembly and installation will be completed in this timeframe.
