The quote was referring to an earlier announcement that was made some days ago, and the post was made referring to that announcement.
I was mostly referring to the fact that a few days ago the announcement said 10 weeks to commissioning now its been extended to 20 weeks.
I guess 40 weeks will be closer to the mark since GMC announcements are usually double the time frame at least.

Keyword "PRIOR" to commissioning. meaning reassebling and installation take 10 weeks then commissioning occurs which state clearly Q4 commissioning

Clearly restate that it is underway for reassembling and installation as the part arrived with commissioning in December or Q4.

Please do not twist words or try to mis-leading other reader. you just full of it.
Also if you do know or may be NOT understand that reassembling installation are different than commissioning. well i guess you never work with machinery before.
