As for the now non holders having an opinion - I note with interest a once significant holder has voiced his ... why should he not? - he invested his hard earned for a long time in this share and can actually offer insight as to his extensive past experiences. And, you don't know what his or any other non-holders future plans are with regards to GPP. Perhaps they watch with interest because when management actually deliver on something they may return?
I know you'd like it to all be rainbows and sunshine and the naysayers to bugger off but that will only happen when the management team get their shizz together and stop providing material to feed the negativity from both holders and non-holders.
