But are they deadwood - they've chosen not to sell for whatever reason and how obnoxious of management to decide they no longer serve a purpose. Let's be honest if they had delivered on projects and we'd been at at 5 cents these peeps would now be holding what for them might be a quite significant parcel.
For example - we're talking 14 million shares off the top of my head ... a number that was purported to be top 20 stuff in the tight registry at one point, (lol OK two bailed by their own admission). But combined it's a significant amount in terms of registry percentages - what happens if they do offload 14 million shares on-market (granted to be decided). Does that also have an implication for us other shareholders? I don't see how this is positive as suggested by @JackMR?
The terms seem shady AF to me too tbh. And, I can't help but agree with @andy1987, that the contempt that management has for shareholders is just disappointing.
