That a load of b..... if the management lifted their game instead of depleting shareholder wealth then there wouldn't be any "dead wood" as you say.
I am pretty sure the minority share holders wouldn't appreciate you referring to them as dead wood either.

Regardless of what you think, management treat shareholders with contempt and this is another example of it.........
Like I said earlier, I hope every minority shareholder fills in their forms to retain their shares.
