You really need to do some research on this company plough.
First step read about the directors/main shareholders and what they have accomplished before setting up Strata X
Next have a look at the prices they have paid for their current land holdings.
Finally review what they want to achieve, how they are going to do it and over what time span.

Then come back to this forum and contribute - you still may have no sentiment but at least you will have all the facts on hand.
