On a brighter note: For anyone that understands Justin Hemmes' business, this could be a huge opportunity for Wayne and the team. If anyone is going to be an best-in-breed case study for the customer-led opportunities here (i.e. loyalty, targeted advertising etc.) it's the Merivale group. The salesforce is strong with this one!
