Chris Campbell is a very nice guy, and knows the sector well, but I also suspect he is quite content and comfortable doing what he has been doing for the last few years - buying complementary businesses at good prices.
Not sure there is a huge depth of head office management below Chris to really maximise the integration of the various businesses and identify and implement cost out opportunities.
