Seems a great acquisition with ageing population - investment metrics appear sound.

In addition this low end healthcare training is an attractive area for unskilled migrants.

This business still needs to prove they can contain costs and integrate what appears to be an ok portfolio of eduction businesses.

What this business needs is a good operational manager to drive down costs across the business - I will not be going full weight until I get comfortable with this.

Certainly the opportunity for acquisitions in the lower end/scale of eduction.

Any other thoughts?
