    Doesn't your formula (same as what I've been using) come to about $1.79 itself? At the current PRG price at least.

    SKE = ((2.9-0.115) x 0.55) +0.25 = $1.78175

    Current SKE = $1.68 = about a 6% benefit.

    I think I will still sit and see what happens seeing as i already have a small holding in SKE. But as I said earlier in the thread, I can see a lot of people looking to gain the 6% only to sell PRG directly after the merger. I could be completely wrong, and it probably is as much a gut feeling as it is logical, but I want to see if PRG has a short term loss after the merger before reaping the benefits of the acquisition. I guess that there is also the risk that everyone buying SKE are doing so with the intention of holding PRG post merger.

    Keen to hear more of everyone's thoughts on this one.
