I completely agree with your point that they have yet again missed their deadline. However it was hardly a surprise - I think that they would miss it was obvious to "shareholders who must be kept in the dark" Q2 last year.
The steam generator was "finished" three months late and then went offline again. The 4th well appears to be 2 months overdue, and they still haven't got around to sending the data to the surveyors for the resource upgrade.
The thing will be finished when its finished, and if the gas is there it will be logged when its needed.
But f**k me its like watching paint dry - when the big difference that paint does not trigger margin calls.
