It means a lot when it comes with water, power, tailings dam, accommodation etc etc.
It means PGM has a home to build their Sc plant.
It guarantees a home for next 3 years.
It provides a means to make income for PGM, along with some locals.
It has passed required council requirements.
Its next to existing road and rail infrastructure.
Over communication is for short term traders.
Only thing I agree with is it means nothing that you're in property.
