since then:
1. Maybe somebody knocked some heads together.
2.Maybe they are looking at the CLQ model and thinking Maybe we should try something like that?
3. Maybe there's a larger puzzle coming together and all the pieces are being crafted?
Or the board just wanted to keep the market guessing this whole time in order to keep share price in then right zone.
