Hope Chrissy has been kind to you all.
I certainly didnt see this coming, and thus have mixed feelings.
I do believe Mike had talks with SFR regarding a JV some time back, and was rather miffed at a "want everything and offer peanuts" attitude on their part. I thus dislike them and hope they find stuff all. keeping that in mind, Lynda did well getting for us what she did.
Cant help feeling divesting Thaduna entirely may have been a bit premature, but time will tell.
I DO believe she would not have done that unless she was sure of success at Kitgum.
Again, time will tell. I hope the final modelling of EM etc over there bears fruit. Its taking long enough.
For those who still think we should have trimmed the board a little at the AGM, remember we can do that at the next Agm if we wish, and they know it. We certainly didnt use our full resources at the last one.
Having had my say, I'll now disappear till next week sometime. Seems funny not being able to use internet, email, mobile phone for periods. (Read refreshing), lol.
Wish all you guys a Happy New Year....and hope all are healthy on New Year's Day.
Also hope the gorillas havent eaten the crew doing the IP survey at Pamwa.....
