Cannot see why XST are getting 'uppity' and threatening to seek 'rights of redress' against 'social media posters'...imo
From what I have read here the reports posted are publically available..... likely from the very same website Agentm has been getting his info..imo..... highly embarrassing for the Co.... certainly...... the first thing lawyers do ....in my experience... is check to see they are not 'chasing an empty tin' when litigating..... learned that in Laws101!
We may also be getting some insight as to why the defendants were a 'no show' at court,, last year.....imo
Maybe there are reports on other chat sites,,, that I have not seen? Any ideas? GL
